The Collector Office provides the district convergence platform. Government offices raise and verify requirements within their responsibilities; the PMU and authorized officers coordinate the review and monitoring workflow.

Decide who will do what

Before starting, identify the company contact, responsible department, implementing team and receiving institution. Agree on site readiness, permissions, a work plan, milestones and a maintenance owner. Record project-specific arrangements instead of relying on informal conversations.

Keep decisions connected

Use the project reference for clarifications, inspections, delivery reports and closure. A common record helps participants understand outstanding work and avoids losing decisions across separate exchanges.
