Match the resource to the need

A useful contribution begins with a stated requirement. Confirm specifications, quantities, delivery location, timing and the institution’s capacity to receive and use it. Avoid sending equipment or material without an agreed use plan.

Make expertise practical

Your team may contribute technical design, training, maintenance planning, accessibility support or other professional capabilities. Define the scope, available time, qualification requirements and the responsible receiving team.

Coordinate delivery and acknowledgment

Use resource and volunteer workflows to record an offer, the agreed engagement, actual delivery and independent verification. Confirm the appropriate treatment of any proposed contribution with your company’s responsible team; a resource listing does not itself determine CSR eligibility.
